Making money kinda means "generating interest" though. 🤣 Yay WWE!

It's that last line that is most important

I just listen to the Drive Thru and Experience now that summer is here. PLEs only. It seems to work out better... The weekly tv is inflated, boring and forgettable at best...

WWE & AEW both have great stories and matches every week and both companies are making money. The IWC just find more and more to complain about rather than just sit back and enjoy the show.

I believe since mania. There’s some wrestling fatigue. Creatively and fans. It didn’t help they shit the bed with the night 2 main event. It fell below expectations. AEW isn’t a creative wrestling company. They just wrestle.

JD blocked me here when AEW was still hot. I recently started listening to JD on YouTube. He can be annoying yet he has a lot of solid criticisms.

But you still have enough interest on both products to talk about them every week. I don’t get that lol

I’ll say this: (1) We are not in the days of Vince’s confusing booking and meaningless matches. We can still thank God about that. Even Alpha Academy has a storyline with Rusev. (2) If the reports are true that Triple H is spending 8 hours a day on booking, then he needs help, because the weekly shows lack incentive to watch the next. Every show needs a strong cliffhanger. The Attitude Era had that. Even the go home shows leading to WrestleMania this year were not the greatest. (3) WWE only performs its best when it has COMPETITION. This is why WWE is coasting. They’re making money with minimal effort and they know it. We’re still getting PG programming on Netflix too, nearly 5 months in. (4) The moment that they see a decline in anything (numbers, metrics, sales, ratings, etc.), they will react strongly. #DontDoThat I don’t really like that because you shouldn’t reward the people who stopped watching with a viral moment that spreads online so they can come running back, but rather you need to reward the people who watch every week (and multiple times a week). @WWE @TKOGrp @TripleH

For once, I agree with him.
