Because it’s easier and more selfish to turn a blind eye, but eventually if you stand for for nothing, you fall for nothing, yes turning a blind eye for something small can lead to a bigger issues, always confront whatever issue early, and speak good during the process!

That’s not Islam, you can’t turn blind why when you see something bad and you do nothing
