Some communities, including Park City and Kamas, picked up between 0.25” and 1.00” of rain in a short amount of time as thunderstorms rolled through. The goal is to restore mobility BEFORE your athlete picks up a ball and then maintain it. Try the “2-Out Drill” to warm up your athlete before pitching and to maintain mobility between innings throughout a game. 👇 Here it is: 1️⃣ Static Stretches - you want to start with these and hold each pose for only about 3 seconds. Exercises like the cross-body stretch and wrist flexion. 2️⃣ Rotator Cuff Activation Drills - these will really fire up the rotator cuff and warm it up. Perform 5 circles forward and 5 circles back in both large circles and small circles. 3️⃣ Movement Prep - here you really want to get dynamic, with cross-body hugs, swims, and field goals, about 5 each. 4️⃣ Trunk Rotation - Lastly, we’re going to work on trunk rotation drills This entire drill might take 1-2 minutes but has been shown scientifically to improve ROM and performance over the course of a game. Those who say that the current wave of abductions and arrests of National Unity Platform supporters are either visitors to Uganda or they're simply devoid of critical thinking. Here are some questions: 1. We have seen NRM supporters and apologists on several occasions conducting parades and drills. At times, they go as far as using weapons and putting on military fatigues during those drills. When are they being picked up? 2. What amounts to an illegal parade? What's the difference between a parade conducted by scouts/guides, schools, churches (abasirikare ba Paapa) etc and one conducted by members of a legitimate political party dressed in their party uniform? 3. If an alleged offence was committed, why are the suspects not summoned or arrested in accordance with the law? Why are they waylaid, abducted, tortured and held incommunicado? Also, if an offence was allegedly committed in February and these comrades have been available everyday, why is the regime picking them up now that we're getting close to an election? Moreover, some of the people being picked up were never present at that gathering! 4. Between 2019 and 2021, before and after the last election, the regime abducted more than 4,000 NUP supporters. Some were maimed, while others were killed. 18 are still missing. Had they participated in a parade? That time, the excuse was red berets which did not violate any law. Now they're trying to create another excuse. Even after the election, many more have been abducted and arrested over funny reasons, including Eddie Mutwe and team who allegedly stole a jumper and were charged with aggravated robbery! Therefore, anyone can see that this is nothing short of the continuing PERSECUTION of the regime’s political opponents. #FreeUganda

Hey Jack, I spent the first 23 years of my life in Tehran, in a lower-middle-class neighborhood. I am not sure what you’re trying to say with this video, but posting cherry-picked clips without any real context? That’s straight-up propaganda. That short clip shows the shiny side of Tehran, a handful of upscale districts with nice cars, trendy coffee shops, and women rocking loose hijabs or none at all. Sure, those places exist. But they’re not the full picture. Not even close. Most of Tehran, and Iran, looks nothing like that. The majority of people are just trying to survive day to day. I know because I lived it. I was born and raised there. I’ve watched little kids digging through trash bins for plastic bottles just so they could sell them and maybe eat that night. Child labor is a huge crisis in Iran. I’ve traveled all over the country, and Tehran isn’t Iran. It’s the capital, the showcase. (look up کودکان کار on X and see it for yourself) In some towns and villages, people don’t even have clean drinking water. Kids walk miles carrying buckets to rivers or marshes, and some have lost limbs, or worse, to crocodile attacks while doing it. In other places, there are no bridges, so every morning children cross rushing rivers on foot just to get to school… if there even is a school. A lot of towns in the South east of Iran have no proper classrooms. Kids sit on the dirt floor inside tents, trying to learn. You can’t cover up that level of suffering with a few glossy seconds of footage from the rich neighborhoods. I have seen the real Iran with my own eyes,the struggle, the suffering of ordinary people.
