Should Americans pay reparations?

Blacks should be paying reparations to all descendants of men who fought in the Civil war, double for those who died, triple for those maimed. All blacks should also pay a "cultural" uplifting fee for having been given the gift of being born in the US in stead of Africa.

Get your reparations from someone else. My ancestors fought and died to free yours. If you're feeling up to thanking me and my ancestors, I'll accept your money though...
