@LanceBriggs @CHGO_Sports Absolutely, may not have final decision. But definitely get his opinions

@LanceBriggs @CHGO_Sports I mean, I trust Caleb more to pick the right coach at this point than I do the Bears. What credibility do they have that they know who it should be?

@LanceBriggs @CHGO_Sports No he’s still a rookie. If he can look great despite bad coaching then so be it. Just like Justin Herbert did for years. They even paid Herbert now and I doubt they regret it. Williams has proven so far that as he keeps gaining experience he should be fine moving forward

@LanceBriggs @CHGO_Sports Yes/no. Caleb should definitely meet with candidates and give his opinion on the offense that will be run.

@Ecnerwal23 @LanceBriggs @CHGO_Sports He should have input. Hes not the decision making person but you’re banking that he’s the future of the franchise. You absolutely make sure he’s not completely opposed to a hire.

@LanceBriggs @CHGO_Sports 100% should be involved he has shown his stardom

@LanceBriggs @CHGO_Sports Another armchair GM like Aaron Rodgers tried to be and failed at doing?

@GBraggsJr23 @LanceBriggs @CHGO_Sports That’s inmates running the asylum; that’s a recipe for disaster

@LanceBriggs @CHGO_Sports No. I would prefer a Belichick and Brady relationship. A no-nonsense coach that demands excellence, not someone that Williams can push around. A team is made of 53 players. A coach must be concerned about every player and unit. This is why the Bears is not a serious organization

@LanceBriggs @CHGO_Sports The problem as is in that locker room is the sense of a double standard when it comes to CW. These were the reports earlier this season. You don’t fix that with more coddling. You need a coach willing to bench him if necessary - just like any other player.
