Yes ASAP long overdue they need to be held accountable for their actions also insurance Helmet & lights would bring in a lot of much needed revenue & would make things more safer for pedestrians

Yes. Should also have an eye test to make sure the can differentiate between a red light and a green one 👍

Yes, I am a cyclist and I think we should share the burden with our big brothers, the car and van users I think we should be accountable, we should share in with road tax and insurance 😀

Why aren't you asking why North Korea is the only country anywhere that requires bike plates? If it were a good idea, wouldn't every country in the world have adopted them long ago?

The Government has ruled that out...it did last year..... the only country that has registrations for bicycles is North Korea. Those in the EU which are required to show a registration plate are classed as Mopeds and a similar law applies here ... nothing to see here
