Right now the special education needs system is not working for too many children, too many parents and too many schools. The Government has tried to fix things but I fear that they have left parents with more questions than answers. Their changes will leave young people to the lottery of the system and place too much burden on teachers. It is insane that they are allowed to vote on whether they should EXPOSE themselves, their crimes, not to mention what they use OUR taxpayer funds to cover up. A new system needs to be created as a checks/balance on Congress. They should not be allowed to vote for their own pay raises, time off, etc. They should not be allowed to receive any personal "funds" from lobbyists. They should not be able to Insider Trade. They should not be able to vote to protect themselves from the public view of the atrocities they've committed as well as not showing receipts for hush payments. This system is fckd up.
