When I was 1 my mum and were told I'd never eat with a fork and knife I was doing that by 2 Thdey told my parents when I was born I'd never walk unaided (I done it) They told my mum when I went to school I'd never write (I done it) If you told me before I joined BetterU Fitness I'd be able to do this I'd have laughed at you but I can. Honestly can't thank Michelle for her help and what it's done for me mentally and physically Disabled still has the word able in it
