My wife and I are both non-competitive bodybuilders. We only buy lean cuts of beef, chicken, and turkey. I can buy an entire weeks worth of meat for $80. That's enough to cover 8 meals a day (4 meals each) for 7 days. You can buy bags of frozen veggies for 88 cents a bag and all raw greens are very affordable. Carb sources like rice, potato's, quinoa, and oats can be purchased in large quantities at a low cost. My entire grocery bill for 7 days worth of meals is under $130 per week. These are good healthy meals that fuel the body. I don't buy anything processed outside of rice cakes.

People need to stop buying it and get off their ass and cook from scratch. The only natural product I see is a bag of potatoes.
