Momma gets front seat unless Grandma is there or Mom offers to give it up. Even then, you still insist on Mom in front.

Yep. If its dude's mom and he's driving, mom gets in the front. If its her mom and she's driving, dude gets in the back so mom can sit up front. One wrinkle....If inlaws are coming with us, in my car, mom-in-aw and wife get in the back and dad-in-law gets in the front.

1. My mother would have gotten the front seat because she was older and the back seat was smaller and more difficult to access. 2. I would not use the F-word in front of my mother (or my wife).

Nope. Wife sits in front unless she doesn't want to. Husband can sit in back.

I was always happy to sit in the back when my mother, mother in law or any other older adult were driving with us. It’s just courtesy ~ no big deal.

@robertdunlap947 This is 100% toxic. It’s not respectful. It’s not healthy. Your wife is your partner, and comes before all else - including your parents AND your children. You and your wife are the foundation upon which all else is built .
