Technically speaking Seraikis didn’t even exist before Pakistan was made a country; a larp started by Bhutto and Ayub that does now have support behind it. That being said, if they want a province on historic Punjabi land, Muhajirs should get the same for Karachi in Sindh.

On that basis Karachi should be a separate province. Hazara belt should be stripped out of kpk. Balochistan should be subdivided as well.

Lets start with the biggest city i e karachi! Making Karachi an independent province is far more sensible and strategically important for better linguistic representation and administrative efficiency.
