No. If you don’t wan give 2-10 extra bucks, go get the food yourself. You pay the government an average of 40% of all your shit, and they’re stealing it. The delivery driver trying to take care of his family is the good person.

The audacity! I tip based on the quality of service that I receive.

If you can afford to go to a restaurant in which a tip for services would be viewed as a normal part of the experience you should also leave at LEAST the minimum customary tip. That being said: Server chasing a customer down to the lot for the tip is not a good look either.

Staying home is also an option. It’s one thing if you don’t tip on a to go order or if you’re getting all your own drinks and cleaning up the table when you’re done. But at a full service restaurant, you should come expecting to tip unless the server is a complete disaster.

You literally sign up to do that. Nobody has to tip you. Do your job and shut up or find something to better pay you and stop depending on others.
