New cars are getting ridiculous. Buy a new car and we know they don’t want you servicing it anywhere else. Back into something and replace the rear light yourself — even from a junkyard — and the car knows it’s not the original part. It can even tell it came from another car via VIN and will disable the vehicle. You’re forced to tow it to the dealer, pay for diagnostics, and pay them to “encode” it so your own car will accept the part you bought and installed. Jolly: Byron Donalds’ real plan to bring down property taxes is to devalue your house by building a hyperscale data center next door to you. Byron Donalds is doing something that Donald Trump is doing and every other conflicted politician is doing who’s on all sides of this issue now. So big tech wants to come in and bring in the hyperscale data centers. Politicians like Byron Donalds have said, “Yeah, come on in. Build on our pristine lands. Give me the money in my campaign account, and I’ll let you do it.” Voters said, “Whoa, whoa, whoa. We don’t want hyperscale data centers.” And so now the position of the White House and Byron Donalds has pivoted to the following: “Ratepayer protection.” Ratepayer protection is what they’re saying to make it look like they’re pushing back. Now, understand what that means. That means that big tech and utilities have to pay their own way. They’re allowed to plunder as long as they pay for the plundering. Well, voters are saying, “We don’t want you to plunder.” And by the way, paying your own way should have been the baseline. That’s not a big reform. That’s just because they got caught subsidizing the development of these hyperscale data centers. Now, their position is, “We’re going to make them pay their own way,” and they’re taking a victory lap as though it’s some important consumer protection. No, it’s not. There’s nothing wrong with choosing who you roll with… One of the biggest mistakes I see hobbyist BJJ practitioners make is feeling like they’re forced to roll with everyone. In my opinion, you don’t have to roll with anyone. We only get one body, and we’re all here for the long run. So it’s totally fine to communicate, politely and in a friendly way, when you don’t feel comfortable rolling with someone. If someone is much younger than you, or much heavier, or just rude, it might be a better option to avoid rolling with that person. It’s all about preserving your body for the long run and making sure you stay on the mats for years to come. Would love to hear your thoughts…

Just discovered that in visionOS 26, you can actually pin or lock any window to a wall 😱 Simply long-press the window bar, and it will snap to the nearest wall with a new “locked” icon at the bottom. It stays fixed until you pull it back with force with a super smooth animation. It's also perfectly aligned with the wall — basically turning any window into an iPad-like experience. This is one of my most-wanted features, and I haven’t seen it mentioned anywhere, so I’m super excited to have stumbled upon it by accident!

🐈‍⬛: first of all, i think our upcoming 8th mini album is going to be out really soon… as all the members said, we’re really confident about it. i wanted this to be the highest point of our career at this moment, and i believe this album is going to do that for us. 🐈‍⬛: and after that i think we will just keep going on with the world tour. we only just started. this is our second or third stop here in the us and latin america, and we still have a long way to go and a lot of things to do. 🐈‍⬛: the only thing i can say is that everything’s going to be AMAZING
