Bitcoin in cold storage if you want to truly hold your coins.

💯💯

New to Bitcoin? ‘Bitcoin Nation’ offers a comprehensive introduction to Bitcoin’s role in fixing economic and social systems. This book explains how Bitcoin can be a solution to issues like inflation and financial instability, making it more than just a currency.

Bitcoin cold storage! Don’t be ghey!

Etfs do have their place IMO

U looking gud BRUDDA

Again I think ETFs are inferior to holding in cold storage. However, I recently heard of a guy who lost 100 BTC in on a Trazor in his safe that burnt up in the California fires. I bet he really wishes he had an ETF rather than a Trazor at this time.

Most 401k’s can’t buy bitcoin bro. That’s why ETF’s were created. You do both.

If it’s some money that will not be used in at least 5 years, cold storage is definitely better. But if it’s some money that will be used in 5 years or shorter, Bitcoin ETF can be better. I personally hold both for tax and safety concerns. However, if tax regulations are clearer and Bitcoin is more widely accepted for payment, then I would solely choose cold storage.

I own FBTC in my rollover IRA. As I pull distributions I am DCAing into cold storage. There is also a Bitcoin IRA option that I’m considering through Swan and Unchained, although the coins are still held by a custodian.

Do both
