Is incline barbell much better on the shoulder complex ?

Yes and No It's a different angle and some people find it more comfortable and others don't Incline is much more of a shoulder press than it is a chest exercise

so db bench is better on shoulders than barbell bench? or were you just saying "avoid benching completely for optimal shoulder health" - seemed unclear.
