should’ve been the defining sitcom of the 2010s

I still don't get how New Girl became so big but Happy Endings didn't. Schmidt is great and all, but he's the only one on that cast, everyone else was boring and/or annoying. This ensemble cast, on the other hand, was straight up perfection.

Impeccable writing. Pajoveralls! The hipsters episode?!?! Jazz Kwon do??!?! And the unmatched hilarity of Alex. "Honestly, on a scale of fur to scales, I prefer scales" is flawless comedy.

Meanwhile we got 10 seasons of Friends. Sometimes life isn’t fair. Loved the 50ish episodes they did give us though. Excellent excellent show
