When he said he learned more about being a man from gay men than he ever did from straight men…. That brought tears to my eyes. Ppl often stop seeing gay men as MEN. But, they are men. They’re brothers, sons, husbands, fathers, friends, leaders.

All facts. I learned so much from working with the LGBTQ+ community during my clinical training. Perseverance and the gall to just love yourself anyway. I’ve found people who’ve dealt with adversity have a different perspective on life. I’m grateful ☺️
