Show me a better onboarding for a macOS app. I'll wait.

more steps than my tax report

more features than your tax report

If there wasn’t a skip button I would immediately uninstall. There’s such thing as “sensible defaults” for a reason.

Next update > wayyyyy less steps 💙

seeing this would instantly make me instantly delete the app

tell me, what would you recommend?

just remove it? why does it need to be there

Check the website

Come on man

update, see less steps, and come again man

excuse me how many steps?!

if i saw that many steps i would actually just uninstall

Then you'd be good off to download the latest version, as it has less!

yippee!! less steps! i'm a linux user and my laptop doesn't have a notch tho. if i switched to mac this would be really cool tho

brb screen recording Shtobase onboarding hehehehe

Oh no, that’s a battle lost 🥹

Can’t say about better onboarding but dia’s got damn good intro

how many ribs did you have to get removed to pull off this tweet

so this is peak onboarding

The “next to the original / Downloads” choice is a good detail. Settle that before the first conversion and you avoid the classic “great, now where the hell did my file go?”

finally found the founder of droppy. just gained a follower btw, great product you’ve got there. love the experience, been enjoying it

Thank you so much! Appreciate that. Followed you back

thank you man, you really cook well 🫡

かっこいい！！

Holy fuck this is annoying I bet you have a website that hijacks your scrolling too

Of course!!!

dope, this is what real effort means, prolly why people prefer it over all the other notch apps could I ask you a question in DMs Jordy ?

Looks dope! 😍

so smooth

Hey, would mean a lot if you at least read my latest reddit message, I believe it would be of some help!

i'd lose this one. mine is a week long. the app locks every screen when a break starts, so day one doesn't lock at all, the next few are cheap to leave, and the lock screen counts the days until it stops being gentle. is yours all in the first launch, or does it keep going?

I loved Arc’s onboarding from @browsercompany . It’s sad that it is shutting down.

bounce rate 99%

Beautiful! Just beautiful!

Soo beautiful. Looking like 😙

nothing beats coast

Show me!

that onboarding does look buttery smooth

so cool

Not going to try. That music player expanding is sooo good! 🙌🏻

Peak onboarding 🫡

💙

mac permission screens are where most onboardings die 😅

"I am a designer from Israel and this is my non functional figma project"

Feels like AGI

The ideal onboarding is no onboarding at all.

there is WAY too many steps for onboarding, onboarding shouldnt have so many its a good ui though but the amount of steps is what bothers me imo

Good buh a lot of steps 🪜
