Thank you! Definitely put my heart and soul into it! The cake roll idea came to me in a dream actually. It’s a carrot cake roll with cream cheese frosting, rolled/coated in sweetened coconut and topped with thin dehydrated pineapple slices 🥰 it came out superb You can see the roll’s center better in the last pic here 👇
