The best way to do that is having a set pre-pitch routine that they execute every pitch. A pre-pitch routine is simply what players do on a consistent basis in-between pitches. Most importantly, it’s how they breathe, focus, visualize, and talk to themselves. This is what helps them take control, keep it simple, and compete with all they’ve got ONE pitch at a time.

My Polymarket bot takes 4 input parameters: > number of shares to buy > total price threshold that allows the hedge > dump threshold > number of minutes from the start of the round during which Leg 1 is allowed Profitability depends entirely on these parameters, so to determine the optimal parameter set, I need to backtest across many different configurations. The issue is that the API returns empty historical data for the “Bitcoin Up or Down” market (this happens for some markets). My solution is to build a bot that records live market data and saves it to a JSON file. I’ll let it run for a few days, then use this recorded data for backtesting. I’ll share the backtest results, so you can get a clear idea of the best-performing parameters.

Vibe Coding Metahuman with ThreeJS: Hairs and Combs It's now possible to draw hair, density and flow masks, place guide curves and comb them! The hair is rendered partially as curves and card meshes to achieve more volume with less strands and there are lots of material/shader settings to tweak it afterwards. Don't ask me what they all do, the melanin slider for sure does something Okay it's not photo realistic but i'd say pretty solid for a day's work? The UI is still a complete mess but i'll clean it all up eventually That's it for the head! Next up is tedious modeling work again, on to the body!

Little friendly competition between 2 uncommitted ‘26 arms from Liberty HS. Justin Lavine vs. Brock Bowman The game rules are simple. The players will alternate pitch for pitch. I called the pitch they had to throw. If it was in/touching TrackMan zone, they received a point. Bonus during last round. 3 points for a velo minimum and in zone pitch. It was a tight score with Brock coming out on top! Both guys had one of their better command days. Justin with a command+ score of 86 and Brock with a 106. D1 average is 82 and MLB average is 100! Sometimes you need the competitive juices flowing to enhance focus and performance!
