Masturbation was always all fun and games until I started waking up in the morning in this manner, flat. And I call myself a man. Do you know what it's like to go a full day without getting unprovoked erections because of the way your brain has been overstimulated due to all different kinds of porn on the internet? It's embarrassing. It's a pathetic way to be living. This is the kind of life that I used to be living. You wake up in the morning, absolutely drained, unmotivated. I used to wake up and I'm like, I don't want to do anything. I don't want to create. I just want to stay in bed, just chill, relax, consume content day in, day out. And then when it is time to eat, I don't want to eat clean meals. I just want to eat garbage. Now, combine all that, so you have poor sleep as well. You're constantly stimulating yourself through porn. You're constantly touching yourself and then you're constantly eating absolute filthy shit. This is why I was suffering down there. This is why when I was called upon to pound the yam, guess what? I would fail to pound the yam because all of a sudden, my guy, two minutes we are in, we're like this, and then later, he's out. Seven days of semen retention, we have woken up absolutely amazing. Today, it's a blessing to be alive today. Let's go get this workout over with, shall we? This is always the starting point. We smash the workout and then everything else follows.

Day 6: What a glorious morning in the USA. We've only been in this beautiful country for 6 days and we absolutely love it. It's been a long time since I've seen my wife this happy and hopeful. The overwhelming kindness and real concern and care our community extends towards us pushes us upwards and pushes us forward. Today started slow after our meeting with our resettlement agency was rescheduled 1hr later. As updated previously someone from Spangler Restoration did come assess the mold and we're expecting a full clean by tomorrow. Will follow up, but will keep the mold updates separate from now on because it will not get us down or beat us down nor distract us from all the wonderful aspects of our journey. That said we'll give them hell should they stutter or falter. We will also conduct our own testing with a 5 minute mold test and sample kit that will get sent to a lab proudly gifted to us by American patriots who bought it for us in our Amazon wish list. We met with the resettlement agency and they went over information and asked us how we are doing and how the last 5 days have been. They are too keeping an eye on the mold issue and are also waiting for the next update from management. They explained our documentation and informed us again that we entered approved to work immediately. We have work authorization from day 1. However, some employers are too cautious employing illegals and as such people with our documentation face challenges getting employed before and EAD card and SSN card has been issued. We'll have to see them tomorrow again. This if for signing of consent forms apply as proxy for SSN etc. I informed the agency that I've applied with Rides for Refugees who could potentially hook us up with a donated vehicle which would make the world of difference to be able to travel with my son to appointments. There is still a big journey lying ahead for us. More medical assessments and SSA visits etc. My body is aching from the physical labor after doing the fibre trenches yesterday. I can hardly walk. 😂 I overdid It while shadowing with the ride along yesterday. Apparently it takes about 2 weeks to get work fit. If they contract me I will take the offer immediately and I'll start with training after two weeks of digging fibre trenches. I'm coming from journalism and web hosting office jobs into the sun and I'm totally game for it. Anything to start earning dollars and it's an industry I want to get into. So it's win win and I can't be more grateful for this opportunity. Back in South Africa I would've never have had this opportunity. I can't wait to find out if and when I start. One of you kind people gifted me work boots and cargo pants from ma Amazon wish list. So I'm ready on day one. And another wonderful person on X I'm forever grateful for, gifted me peace of mind, for when I have to go off to work leaving my wife and baby behind, we now have a ring doorbell camera installed this evening letting both of us know of any trouble or visitors while healing our angst and worry, PTSD, we undoubtedly brought with us from South Africa. We have also received the gifted Air purifier this afternoon and it's already doing wonders in our single bedroom where Nova sleeps with us, where it will help ease the odors, it's affects, albeit temporarily, and will help us have a proper rest during the night for the first time until the specialists clean the HVAC. I will be posting pictures and thanking individuals who opened their hearts. I will never forget what your doing for us, for my family, for my son. I have sacrificed my son's past, his Afrikaner culture and to a degree his Afrikaans language for a future in which he can reach his full potential, he will grow up American and we all including my family will fight to protect American values and the future of this great nation, & I am and will always be a proud Amerikaner dad. Thank everyone of you, members of my community, God bless all of us. 🇺🇸🙏

🚨BREAKING: I CALLED IT Last Week – AND Erika Kirk Just CONFIRMED: TPUSA Plans To Turn Charlie Kirk's BODY Into A Gaudy MONEY-MAKING SHRINE A few days ago, I dropped the bomb: TPUSA wasn't burying Charlie Kirk anytime soon. They were plotting a circus-like "memorial" at headquarters – body on display, tickets to "pay respects," monetizing his corpse like a theme park attraction. Disgusting? Understatement of the year. The replies were wild: "Grave desecration paranoia!" "Stop harassing the widow!" "Where's the funeral footage?" (Spoiler: There isn't any public proof of burial because... there wasn't one.) Fast-forward to today: Erika Kirk's Fox News meltdown with Harris Faulkner. Candace Owens dissected it live on her podcast – and the mask slipped. Erika: "Everything was public... We will be building the most beautiful memorial for my husband at Turning Point USA. It will be for the world to see... a basically museum style for our Charlie." Translation: A public shrine. Open to all. At TPUSA HQ. No burial yet. No private grave. Just a "spectacular" exhibit for the masses – while she begs for "one sacred thing" (her words) on the burial site. Candace nailed the hypocrisy: "This is Meghan Markle syndrome – privacy when you want it, publicity when it suits. Erika published the casket video herself... 'I love you, Charlie' on Instagram for the world. Now she cries 'Leave my grave alone!' after inviting us all to the show?" You don't get to livestream your husband's dead body, flash Louis Vuitton grief, then play victim when we ask: "Where's the actual burial?" This "memorial" isn't honoring Charlie. It's a cash grab for the org he was about to expose – shell companies, donor fraud, the works. Charlie rejected their dirty money; now they're embalming his legacy for profit. I said it first. Candace confirmed it. The truth doesn't age. TPUSA: Bury him with dignity or admit the grift. Erika: Your "sacred" line rings hollow when the body's been a prop for months. Patriots, don't let up. This is why we fight. Drop a ⚰️ if TPUSA's "museum" plan is straight-up sacrilege. RT to bury the lies.

I've got enough experience doing this to know that it's probably going to be weeks rather than months for Mr. Atlas. Our wonderful house dog at Happy Doggo has had two huge operations and we've given him every chance imaginable. I've just noticed in the past few days that his energy levels have dropped. He's taken an extra hour in his bed. He's having longer lounges on the couch. His energy has dipped and his eyes are just that little bit cloudy. that has all been confirmed by blood work and lots of different tests. We are a rescue and ultimately we're judged on how many dogs we can save. I always knew that it would be a quality of life thing with Atlas and that ultimately we would not be able to give him a long life. I do happen to believe, though, that the work we do in making these dogs happy at the end of their lives is just as important as anything else we do at scale. Atlas is still at that stage where he has great spurts of energy and goes on walks and looks for attention from all his favorite humans. We'll wrap him up in cotton wool, pamper him, shower him in love and get him all the meds he can have. No stone will go unturned to make sure Atlas continues to live his dream life while he can. I always say that dogs live in the moment. Atlas can't remember his horrid times on the streets or his massive tumor that he carried around for years. All he knows is the love, attention, great food, and wonderful life he will have today. Every other day will be a bonus and we’ll be with him every step of the way ❤️

Scarlett: I do have to admit that Zeudi and Maria Rosaria have changed my life with the aerosol. I've got to speak the truth. Zeudi: Do you remember when you judged me? Scar: I didn't judge you. Z: Yes, for the sound. Scar: Yeah, because obviously the sound of the aerosol is really loud, and Zeudi says to me that her whole family loves the sound of the aerosol. And when she sent me the YouTube recreation of the sound that they fall asleep to, I was like, "Oh my God, this is so intense. How?" And then when I started using the aerosol, I suddenly was like, I'm actually quite tired because it's quite ASMR, and now I get it. But her mum and her have literally saved my life with this because I have, or had, and I'm ashamed to admit it, an addiction to Sudafed Blue. It was actually quite severe. Five years strong. If I didn't have it on me, I would panic because my nose would get so blocked. Last time I was in Naples, I booked the wrong flight home. Look, happens to the best of us. Don't want to talk about it. It's actually an embarrassment at my age, but here we are. It's not the first time. I'm sure it won't be the last. And so I was panicking though because this is how bad it is. I was bargaining on getting back to the UK by midday because I'd ran out of my Sudafed blue, so I was like, "Right, I've got one spray left before I get to the UK, and then I've got it on speed dial." Because I knew they didn't have it in Italy. So first thing when I missed my flight is not, "Okay, I get to spend more time with my beautiful girlfriend." Sadly, my first thought is, "Shit, the Sudafed. What am I going to do?" So I can feel the panic in me rising. So Zeudi’s like, "Okay, don't worry. We go to my house. My mom will fix this." And I'm thinking, "No disrespect, but what could your mom possibly fix after five years?" And bless Maria Rosaria comes into the room with hot salt in a sock and starts dabbing my face. I'm sat there like, "what is going on?" And then Zeudi comes in with the aerosol kit, and I'm like, "Right, these Italians mean business." And I just surrender. Normally I'd be like, "No," but obviously I know better than to fight not one, but two Italian women, okay? So I'm just sat there like, they could've said, "Look, we're going to amputate your arm," and I would've just said, "Fair enough." And so Zeudi’s mom's dabbing my face with the salt and then holding the aerosol up my nose, and I'm just like... And then lo and behold, after an hour, I can suddenly blow my nose. Guys, I've not been able to blow my nose in four years. Long story short, I'm 11 days clean of Sudafed, all thanks to these two. And now… Zeudi: You can breathe. Scar: I can breathe and I can blow my nose again like a normal person. Five years, guys, five years through the British healthcare system and my two Italians fix it in one day. So I'm very grateful for this. Honestly, life-changing in more ways than one. Thank you. Grazie mille Maria Rosaria. ❤️❤️ Mariarosaria

Anytime someone says Teslas cannot handle a natural disaster like a hurricane, I take it VERY personally. I endured a category 5 hurricane while my Tesla Solar and Powerwalls survived 100 MPH SUSTAINED winds for hours, THEN powered my house without any grid power for EIGHT DAYS. My house had roof damage on THE ONLY SIDE WITHOUT SOLAR PANELS. I am convinced the solar panels actually protect your roof. They are impact resistant, stronger than the wood roof that is for sure. One solar panel even was cracked, but it still worked and operated like normal. My system produced solar energy at PEAK levels. The hurricane power washed the solar panels so they were cleaner than they have ever been. Plus, the post hurricane weather was beautiful. It was sunny every single day and the atmosphere was cleansed. I was producing more than enough energy to power the entire house AND charge my Tesla. Being able to enjoy the AC, hot water, cook on the stove, do dishes, wash clothes, EVERYTHING, while my entire neighborhood is completely flooded was a very humbling experience. I still remember the simple joys of being able to make a cup of coffee in the morning when I didn't even have grid power. PRICELESS! The return on investment for Powerwalls is not something you can calculate. It's something you have to EXPERIENCE. Being able to take a hot shower when my neighbors don't have that luxury was something I didn't take for granted. On top of it, the excess solar energy was able to charge my Tesla so I was able to safely evacuate as the water kept rising. I thought Teslas left owners STRANDED if there was no electricity? I thought Teslas left owners stranded in an emergency? I thought Teslas left owners stranded in stop and go traffic? I thought Teslas left owners stranded during an evacuation? NOPE!!!!! I lived it all, you can't tell me otherwise when I experienced it first hand. The Tesla ecosystem is the ultimate luxury after a natural disaster like a hurricane. This video is basically the ultimate F.U. to Tesla Haters, because every single Tesla misconception is SMASHED with my very own personal experience. Tesla + Tesla Solar + Tesla Powerwall = The ultimate tool to survive after a catastrophic hurricane.

HOW WE MAKE OUR TRIPS MAGICAL - Cooking classes. In Mexico City, our guide took us to the market, then we all made extra-spicy salsa together. This is a beautiful way to visit places you wouldn't know about and get involved in a tactile activity. Perfect for families and older parents and very inexpensive. - The $325 underwear. We'd been traveling for weeks and needed to do our laundry. Our hotel, Aman Kyoto, would have charged $325 for a small bag of laundry (standard price for all ultra-luxury hotels). I said "NO WAY!!!" and we decided to go into town and find a laundromat. It turned into an adventure (as we stumbled into place after place that wasn't quite right -- one lady translated for us and said, "Are you trying to wash your clothes? This isn't the right place. This place restores kimonos"). We finally found a local laundromat, took our best guess if it would work, and went to lunch. Now this is a fun ritual for us every time we travel. Sometimes cheaper is way more fun - We hire a local photographer. We love our memories of our trips and local photographers know the best spots/time to take photos. Find the best ones on Instagram. In Tokyo, we use the same photographer every year - On complex trips, I work with a travel advisor. I used a larger firm for a 6-week trip across multiple continents, which was invaluable: They helped us navigate different transportation, recommended which safari lodges to visit (and in what order), and even suggested where to economize & where to splurge. Sometimes I know exactly where I want to go so I call a more surgical travel advisor. In the video, he got our NYC hotel triple-upgraded. Or sometimes I just do it myself. TAs are especially helpful for Disney trips, honeymoons, and multi-generational trips. (They also cost you nothing, but you should look into how they work. I find them very valuable) - 1 major activity every two days. The ultimate luxury is time, so we have a rule: 4+ days in any location. We also book 1 major thing (food tour, museum, etc). The rest of the time, we've pinned a bunch of stuff and we wander where we feel like that day - We know exactly what we DON'T want to see. When I'm attending a private tour, I tell them what I want to experience and what I'm not interested in. Most tour guides will take you to the usual hotspots because it's safe and people can say they saw X or ate Y. I know exactly what I want to see. For example, on a coffee tour, I told them the exact kind of beans I wanted to try and what I was not into. People in hospitality love someone who knows what they want!! This level of intentionality means you get to experience magic (it's not rude) I travel several months per year and I want my travel to be incredibly meaningful for my loved ones and me. These are some of the ways I do it If you want to know more, let me know in the comments More details on the next post

Tom Crawshaw has been building automations for 9 years with $25 million in client revenue to his name. He just walked me through his Claude Code content system that's generating millions of views and tens of thousands of followers. Here's what I learned: 1. Skills beat Projects in Claude. Projects load every context file on every message and burn your token window. Skills work like a book where the LLM reads the table of contents and pulls only the chapter it needs for the job. Same context, fraction of the tokens. 2. He has a /content-create slash command that runs the entire pipeline. Voice profile, copywriting principles, hook generation, image direction. One command. He doesn't write anything from scratch anymore. 3. His voice profile auto-updates weekly. He wrote a script that hits the X API every 7 days, pulls his top-performing posts by engagement, and rewrites his voice profile based on what's actually working. The profile evolves on its own. 4. He distilled a master copywriter's entire body of work into a single markdown file. Grabbed every Alen Sultanic post he could find, dropped it into Claude, asked for the core principles, fed it into the skill. Now every post he writes runs through those principles automatically. 5. The hook generator scores 16 hooks per post against 7 criteria. Curiosity loops, specificity, sensory, credibility, voice match, and a couple of others. He never picks the #1 by default. Sometimes he splices the first line of one hook with the body of another. The taste is still his. 6. /insights is a native Claude Code command nobody talks about. It analyzes every session you've ever run and produces a full report on your usage patterns, where things break down, and prompts you can paste back into Claude to fix them. I had never heard of it. I'm running it tonight. 7. He spends most of his time on hooks and images. If those two suck, the body copy doesn't matter. Nobody reads it. 8. Image generation is never one-shot. He keeps a folder of reference images that have worked before and feeds them into Nano Banana/GPT Image 2 every time. Then he takes the 80-90% output and finishes it in Canva using "magic grab" to move logos and clean up text. Last mile is human every time. 9. The humanizer step is non-negotiable. Strip em dashes. Kill the "it's not X, it's Y" pattern. Cut the triple negatives. Cut "no fluff." He still has to remind Claude mid-session because it drifts. If you're not auditing for AI tells, you're shipping slop. 10. Wisprflow is the most important tool in his stack. Not a content tool. An everything tool. His test for whether you should be using it: do you talk faster than you type? You do. Everyone does. Bonus fact he dropped: QWERTY was designed 200 years ago to slow typing down so old typewriters wouldn't jam. We've been carrying that forward ever since. Voice is finally undoing it. This was an inside look at how a serious operator Tom is using Claude Code to run a content engine. The good, the bad, the iteration, all of it. I hope you enjoy this one as much as I did. Go watch it.

Replicating Israel/US/NATO Psychological Warfare Doctrine Iran's New Art of War: Breaking Israeli Morale—Just as Israel Has Tried to Do to Palestinians What we're seeing between Iran and Israel right now isn't just an exchange of fire—it's a battle of endurance, morale, and ultimately, civilization. And Iran, despite being poorer and more isolated, has started to understand something critical: in modern warfare, it’s not the strongest military that wins. It’s the side that can hold on the longest without breaking. Recent strikes have shown a clear shift in Iran’s strategy. Israel has so far been targeting military facilities, command posts, and suspected nuclear sites in Iran —standard doctrine. But Iran is doing something different lately. It's not aiming at fighter jets or barracks. Instead, it’s hitting power stations, refineries, water plants, and even wealthy residential buildings. On paper, that sounds random or even irrational. But in practice, it’s devastatingly effective. This isn’t about scoring tactical victories. It’s about breaking a way of life. Because Israelis are not Palestinians or Houthis. They are used to a certain standard of comfort: hot showers, air conditioning, stable electricity, peace at night. Remove those things—even temporarily—and you don’t just disrupt logistics; you unravel morale. You create a society where people can’t sleep through the night without sirens, can’t go to work or school because the roads are blocked, can’t cook a meal because the power is out. That’s not just inconvenience. That’s psychological warfare. Call it the “art of war for the poor.” Iran doesn’t have fifth-generation fighters or satellite-guided bombs in bulk. It can’t dominate the skies or the seas. But what it does have are thousands of mid-range missiles, often launched from half-destroyed bases, using improvised logistics and patchwork arsenals. And it’s learned to use them with precision—not to destroy armies, but to slowly erode an opponent’s morale. What makes this strategy so effective is its rhythm. Iran isn't firing everything at once. It’s using small, frequent, multi-wave barrages—like mosquito bites. One or two don’t kill you. But day after day, with no sleep, no rest, no end in sight, even the strongest system starts to break down. This approach forces Israel to keep its missile defense on high alert around the clock. Systems like Iron Dome and David’s Sling are impressive, but they’re also expensive and finite. Some of these interceptors are produced at a rate of only a few hundred per year. If Iran can force Israel to burn through that stockpile in weeks, it wins—without ever needing to land a single decisive blow. Iran is not bombing military command centers—it’s hitting the soft underbelly of Israeli society: electricity grids, desalination plants, industrial infrastructure. These targets don’t make sensational headlines like nuclear sites do, but when the power goes out for three days, when there is no clean water, when the school can’t open, the country begins to wobble from within. All the while, there are hardly any civilian deaths. It’s not that Iran can’t hit military bases. It’s that hitting them doesn’t accomplish much. Israel’s key bases are buried underground, protected by electronic countermeasures, and located in remote desert regions. Even a direct hit might just blow up a decoy or an empty hangar. So why waste a missile on that? Instead, Iran aims to make daily life in Israel feel unsafe, uncertain, and unsustainable. And with every civilian apartment struck, the global social media sphere rejoices—inevitably calling it “tit-for-tat,” or affirming “Iran has the right to defend itself.” This chips away at Israel’s moral high ground while giving Iran full moral legitimacy. Iran is the “resister.”

In trading, the common advice is to control two emotions - fear and greed. However, for nearly every trader I've encountered, including myself, anger and depression remain as constant undertones. They are the primary drivers of superperformance. Here's how: ✉️ I am usually a calm and happy person, and very rarely lose my temper. Despite the many years spent honing the craft of trading, I've never truly felt the overt confidence or exuberance that many fintwits often exhibit. Even though the primal errors have been eliminated and my game has transitioned to mental and emotional acuity, there are often times when I feel angry and frustrated with my performance, despite reaching new highs in my equity curve. It was during a Kristjan Kullamägi 🇺🇦 stream, where he discussed his mental state during his trading journey, that I recognized blind spots in my own trading. In poker terms, I'm an internal 'tilter' - I conceal my anger and frustration. Rather than showing external reactions, I become quieter and tenser. This change shows up in my risk-taking behaviour, as I start to take lower open risk or prematurely sell off profitable positions. However, this is a common phenomenon amongst traders, regardless of their experience and skill level. It was brilliantly conceptualized by Daniel Kahneman and Amos Tversky in the Prospect Theory. Pain of losing > Joy of winning Consider an investor presented with two pitches for the same mutual fund: 1) Mutual Fund XYZ has averaged a return of 10% per annum over the last 3 years. 2) Mutual Fund XYZ has returned 25%, 15%, and -10% over the last 3 years. Both options essentially mean the same (ignoring compounding). However, most people choose option 1 over option 2. This is due to the Prospect theory, which states that people tend to pick options that show perceived gains rather than losses. Even when probabilities and outcomes are identical, individuals tend to prefer options that steer clear of potential losses. The theory suggests that losses have a more significant emotional impact on an individual than an equivalent amount of gains. The emotional toll of getting stopped out at (-) 1R is much higher than the satisfaction of a trade where you gain (+) 1R. Therefore, like most traders, if your win rate fluctuates between 35-65%, it still has a net negative impact on your emotional state. The influence of Prospect Theory is particularly significant in trading, where we risk not just our capital, but also our emotional well-being, effort, and time. Even in a job you dislike, you still receive a paycheck at the end of the month. However, in trading, losses and the uncertainty of profits affect us more deeply because a good effort doesn't always yield a positive outcome. The joy of winning doesn't fully compensate for the pain, especially when both outcomes stem from the same process. Winning becomes more about escaping the distress of losing than generating happiness in itself. However, Prospect Theory simply describes a pattern of human behavior. It's not an immutable law like gravity - behaviors can be identified and changed. Mapping Tilt In a bull market such as the current one, the tilt often isn't about stop losses, but rather about missed opportunities and profits. It's exciting to see the price rapidly increase when you enter a clean breakout, reaching multiples of your R within minutes. Unrealized profit often feels like it's already yours. However, as soon as the positions start turning against you, tilt seeps in because it feels like your money is being taken away. These are precisely the moments of weakness when you lose sight of your trade objective and settle for smaller profits. At the end of the day, or when you step back from the overflow of tilt, you estimate how much your portfolio could have grown if you had just held on to that position. This is a fool's errand. Knowing the right course of action in retrospect is fundamentally different from knowing what to do beforehand. Even though you understand this, a part of you can't resist indulging in the fantasy, which in turn increases your frustration. This is an excerpt from my earlier notes on how I mapped out my problem. The mental framework is based on what I learned from Jared Tendler 's excellent book, "The Mental Game of Trading." 1) What’s the problem: When I'm up in a trade, I believe I've earned the profits because of the hard work I put into identifying opportunities and adhering to my process. I don't want the price to drop back to my cost. If it does, all my efforts would be wasted and I wouldn't even secure the minimal profit I'm entitled to. 2) Why does the problem exist: I start to contemplate the utility value of the money - the unrealized profit equates to 3 months of my home loan EMI, 8 months of rent, or a family vacation. I believe I am deserving of a reward for my diligent effort and execution, and I am unwilling to let it slip away. 3) What is flawed: The aim of my trading isn't to support my everyday expenses or lifestyle, but instead to build generational wealth. By taking smaller profits prematurely, I'm limiting the leverage that could magnify the returns on my effort and time - same input with disproportionately larger output. The unrealised profit is not my money yet. 4) What’s the correction: Realised profit is the only profit that truly matters. A trade isn't successful when it becomes risk-free, but when you can leverage unrealised profits to achieve larger realised profits. 5) What logic confirms this correction: It is easy to start trading but easier to settle for mediocrity once you have started. Scaling up your portfolio will require you to overcome mental barriers more than technical ones. You also didn't learn to drive just to stay in second gear. Closing Note Anger arises when underlying flaws, biases, or illusions conflict with reality. At a fundamental level, anger represents this conflict which every elite performer has used as a core trigger to channel their performance. Don't be swayed by the false bravado and portrayed perfection on social media. Superperformance as a trader involves enduring trials by fire, which regularly include prolonged bouts of anger and frustration. In the longer term, your skills and willingness to take risks are what will generate wealth. As Kristjan Kullamägi 🇺🇦 puts it, everyone is in the same miserable boat -

//The Wire//2300Z March 30, 2026// //ROUTINE// //BLUF: STRATEGIC CONCERNS REMAIN AS WAR IN MIDDLE EAST HIGHLIGHTS AMERICAN VULNERABILITIES. HOUTHIS JOIN THE WAR WITH MISSILE ATTACKS ON ISRAEL.// -----BEGIN TEARLINE----- -International Events- Middle East: The situation continues to deteriorate as Iranian attacks throughout the region have become vastly more effective over the past few days. Iranian targeting of locations in Israel has continued to increase, with multiple targets being struck over the weekend. The refinery in Haifa was struck yesterday afternoon, which resulted in a fire at the facility. Separately, a factory was hit in the industrial zone in Neot Havov, which also resulted in a fire. American bases in Kuwait were also hit overnight, with Iranian missiles targeting barracks facilities. Red Sea: Over the weekend, the Houthis entered the war, firing one cruise missile toward Israel. Analyst Comment: The Houthi's have chosen a soft-start to the war, and the missile that was fired was reportedly intercepted. Nevertheless, this is an indication that another front has been opened up, and since the FORD CSG is no longer in the Red Sea (due to moving off-station for repairs), missile defense in the region is less effective at the precise moment that the Houthis are entering the war. Saudi Arabia: Following a series of Iranian airstrikes, several strategic American aircraft were destroyed at Prince Sultan Air Base. Several KC-135 refueling tankers were destroyed, along with at least one E-3 Sentry AWACS early warning aircraft. Concerning casualties, official casualty figures were classified at the beginning of the war, however the Pentagon reports approximately 10x US service members were wounded during this attack. Jerusalem: Controversy has continued throughout the Old City as Israeli forces continue to inflame tensions with Christians throughout the region. Yesterday, Israeli police disrupted Palm Sunday proceedings as Cardinal Pizzaballa of the Latin Patriarchate of Jerusalem was prevented from attending the procession at the Church of the Holy Sepulcher. Analyst Comment: This incident was so deliberate that even Mike Huckabee spoke out against it, calling the incident "unfortunate overreach". Considering Huckabee's infamy on this issue at this point, combined with the historical record (and the biblical context), it's a helpful barometer to gauge how serious of an incident this was, which increases tensions at a time when the stakes are already quite high around the region. -----END TEARLINE----- Analyst Comments: The successful Iranian strike at Prince Sultan Air Base was very significant for many reasons. For one, taking out major American assets is a big deal, and the loss of EW aircraft will degrade American capabilities. The most obvious question is why these aircraft were being staged within Iranian missile range in the first place. The answer to this will be debatable: maybe military leadership knew the danger and decided that the risk was worth it, or maybe they got cocky and ignored the risk. There's no way to know right now, but it is not a great look for the US Air Force to put these airframes well within striking range of the Iranians. For context, the B-52's which are conducting bombing raids in Iran are mostly being launched all the way from England, simply due to the risk of housing them closer to the fight. However, when it comes to some aircraft, we gave the Iranians clean access to "Tanker Row", which allowed them to destroy several strategic aircraft on the ground. This small detail, while not particularly groundbreaking, also serves as a reminder for how complicated wars can be. Nothing is as simple as the textbook says it will be, and in wartime everything gets vastly more difficult. Vulnerabilities also increase because when things get complicated, the stakes are higher, and the room for error is substantially reduced. One early warning aircraft getting struck on the ground is one radar dish out of the fight...an airspace sector that will need to be filled by another asset. This idea also applies to life on the American homefront as well. One ship failing to make it's run through the Strait of Hormuz can swing world markets wildly, because there's a lot riding on that one ship. On any given day, there is some elasticity with world markets, and the petroleum sector is a good example of that due to the ramp-up/ramp-down of petroleum production which takes some time. But at some point, with a major global choke point out of the picture, there's no telling how things will work out as the effects of two major wars on two continents (Europe and the Middle East) come to bear. Swim Ontario continues to PROTECT 50-year-old man identifying as 13-year-old girl — now the Toronto Police Service is also protecting this creep! Instead of taking a stance against this perversity in the pool and upholding World Aquatics guidelines, Swim Ontario is going out of its way to accommodate Cepeda. It may be a new year but the same old transanity prevails… The latest installment: last weekend, the Toronto Pan Am Sports Centre hosted a swim meet. And Nicholas J. Cepeda, a.k.a., “Melody Wiseheart”, showed up yet again to compete against teenage girls. Nicholas/Melody “identifies” as a 13-year-old girl, and thanks to the unholy trinity of diversity, equity and inclusion, this mindset allows Cepeda to swim, change and shower with real teenage girls. It's gross beyond words... But instead of taking a stance against this perversity in the pool and upholding World Aquatics guidelines, Swim Ontario is going out of its way to accommodate Cepeda. Incredibly, this woke sports regulator snuck Cepeda in to and out of the Pan Am Centre to “protect” him – not from violence, but from being asked insensitive questions. And get this: at last weekend’s Toronto tournament, Swim Ontario plastered signs all over the venue banning the media (as in all media – again, to protect Cepeda!) And it gets worse, much worse: the Pan Am Centre ramped up security and had several Toronto Police Service officers on site. That’s right: in a city plagued with crime ranging from robbery and rape to first degree murder, apparently a priority for the police is to mollycoddle a man identifying as a girl who might very well be mentally ill. In fact, as Rebel News was reporting on the event from a public sidewalk, within moments several security guards and police officers approached us. The cops had a two-fold duty: first, to hand-deliver a letter to Rebel News from the Pan Am Centre noting that we had been officially trespassed. Why? For how long? No explanations were given. And by the way, how is it that the police were serving as a courier service for the Pan Am Centre? (Oh, never mind. We momentarily forgot that these days, Toronto’s Finest are now reimaging themselves as Uber Eats drivers when they deliver coffee and Timbits to pro-Hamas demonstrators advocating for genocide. But we digress…) And then these officers with the Toronto Police Service truly disgraced themselves: they threatened to charge Rebel News employees with trespassing – even though we were standing on a public sidewalk! Yes, the cops lied, stating that the sidewalk was private property. We stood our ground, called their bluff, and were eventually allowed to remain on what was indeed a public sidewalk. We then asked the police to uphold their oath and arrest Cepeda for public indecency under sections 173.1 and 173.2 of the Criminal Code of Canada. But they refused to act on our complaint. It was baffling! By the way, these sections state: Section 173 (1): “Everyone who wilfully does an indecent act in a public place in the presence of one or more persons, or in any place with intent to insult or offend any person, is guilty of an indictable offence and is liable to imprisonment for a term of not more than two years.” Section 173 (2) “An Indecent Exposure charge under Section 173(2) of the Code means that the person charged is accused of exposing their genital organs to a person under the age of 16. Because this offence involves a minor, it is more serious than an Indecent Act charge.” Since the police on site at the Pan Am Centre refused to investigate, we called 9-1-1 (and waited on hold for almost 10 minutes.) A sympathetic dispatcher said a cruiser would be dispatched; alas, we have yet to hear how that investigation panned out. But what an appalling story. Once upon a time, cops used to arrest sexual pervert suspects; now police officers serve as bodyguards for these creeps – and attempt to shutdown the practice of journalism based on a pack of lies regarding property lines. “To serve and protect” indeed…
