USAID has had no supervision or oversight for decade and has just become a slush fund to funnel our tax money largely into NGO's enriching members of congress and their cronies with very little of it ever actually helping anyone. NGO' sare also free to donate to campaigns so it's just for the most part Democratic money laundering scheme.
