My dad spent his career building a small, independent allergy practice in Augusta, Georgia. It was our family business and it was his life's work. Teams are getting consistent 2nd places in ranked by playing as a full 3 man, gathering heatshields and meds for a lifeline with Gold shield. They can survive on heatshields and meds even when zone 6 is closing in. There needs to be a system in place to increase damage the longer you're in zone, that or make heat shields not work after X zone has passed. This team is top 30 predator by doing this every single game. Pathfinder is also cheating so that's even worse. Apex Legends

🚨 Have you heard of "vibe interviewing"? Most HR departments are likely unprepared to deal with this type of AI practice. Some people have suggested that this person should be hired simply for his ingenuity... (I'll have to disagree here, as ethics and transparency matter). As a very high percentage of interviews are conducted remotely, recruiters must find a way to assess candidates while keeping in mind that a high percentage of them are likely relying on AI (at varying levels). Also, I see AI reshaping the notion of what is and what is not cheating, so it's more important than ever to have an AI policy (and AI-related expectations) for the interview process and share it in advance with candidates.
