Postfight comments for Topuria are actually a bit minimal on my side. First is that he continued to show that while opponents should kick him and weaponize them for space, it's not incredibly free and hard to follow up the front kick without him trying to take that space back.

Baby Keem says he became an even bigger Ye fan at 11 years old after being introduced to hip hop by a Minecraft gamer when he used to play under the name “Hykeezy.” “I was just listening to whatever I could listen to. Anshul put me on to the Bay Area scene, he put me on to become a bigger Kanye fan than what I was and he just showed me hip hop in that way.”

"When I adopted Ash, they warned me he might never really come out of his shell. He was a retired racing greyhound, just four years old, and he flinched at everything. A slammed door, footsteps behind him, even my hand if I reached too quickly. For weeks he spent most of his time standing quietly in the corner of my kitchen with his tail tucked, watching me like he was waiting for the moment I'd give up on him too. I live alone, and I'll admit there were nights when I wondered if I'd taken on more than I could handle. How do you convince a dog that the bad part of his life is finally over? I never tried to rush him. I'd sit on the floor, talk softly, and let him decide when he was ready. After about a month he stopped hiding in the corner and started sleeping on the dog bed. A few weeks later he'd lean against my leg while I made coffee, just for a second before walking away again. The moment I'll never forget happened at my brother's farm. I had Ash on a long lead in the middle of an empty hay field, letting him explore at his own pace. Then the lead dropped away. Ash froze for a long second. He simply stood there, staring across the open field as if he couldn't remember what freedom was supposed to feel like. Then something changed. He exploded into a run. Not away from me, but around me, tearing across the field in huge looping circles with his ears pinned back and that long skinny body stretched out exactly the way greyhounds were born to move. He looked like a dog rediscovering a part of himself that had been buried for years. I just stood there laughing while he kept circling me, faster and faster, kicking up dry hay with every stride. For the first time since I'd brought him home, he looked completely fearless. It felt like I was watching him become himself again. By the time he slowed down, his tongue was hanging out and his chest was rising and falling. He trotted straight back, leaned against my legs, and looked up at me with the calmest expression I'd ever seen on his face. I knew right then that he trusted me. Ash is still the shy dog at the park, and strangers can still make him nervous. But give him an open field, and for a few beautiful minutes, he remembers exactly who he was always meant to be. Have you ever watched a rescue dog finally remember what it feels like to be free?

Jeremy Vine, "Andrew Windsor has been buried alive. It's not enough for him to disappear they want him humiliated" No he hasn't. He was accused of raping a child three times and for that: ➡️ Victim received £12 million ➡️ Andrew is moving from one big house to another ➡️ Andrew getting 6 figure £ from the King ➡️ The Queen delayed it/ covered it up Andrew was either involved in or was aware of child abuse and chose to deny/hide it, he hasn't co-operated with the police and he has tarnished the reputation of the Royal family with his perverse behaviour Worst of all, Andrew Windsor wanted to meet up with Epstein after his prison release I didn't have Jeremy Vine flying the flag for child abusers or those who cover up child abusers on my list of things I'd see on the Sunday news shows

As I always say, comps are never enough to judge a player (credit to Brazil Scout on YT / Brazil Scout on X), but this moment from Ifeanyi Ndukwe really caught my eye. For someone who’s close to 2 meters tall, the agility and footwork here are genuinely impressive. He bends his knees to drop his centre of gravity, adjusts his angle well, and crucially maintains a side-on stance instead of opening up. He stays on his toes for most of the sequence, only getting caught flat-footed right at the end. Even then, his reach compensates, allowing him to poke the ball away from distance. I remember watching his for Austria U17 vs Italy U17 a while back. He came on in the second half and didnt do a lot for me to note down, but his positioning and awareness were another strong qualities that I remember.

He knew before I even told him. My husband was in surgery for 6 hours. I sat in that parking lot with Buddy because I couldn't be inside the waiting room one more minute. The second those doors opened — before I even saw who it was — Buddy was already up, tail going, like he somehow knew. Turns out, it was my husband. Wheeled out, weak, but alive. Buddy waited in that hot car for hours, never barked, never whined. Just watched those doors like his whole world depended on it. Maybe it did. If you believe dogs feel more than we give them credit for, drop a ❤️ below.

"My brother called me at 2am from a gas station parking lot. He said he wasn't okay. I mean really wasn't okay. I stayed on the phone with him for three hours. He wasn't alone in that car. Atlas was with him the whole time. My brother told me later — 'Every time I went somewhere dark in my head, Atlas would shift closer. Like he could feel exactly where I was going and he just kept pulling me back without touching me.' He's getting help now. He made the call himself Monday morning. He said Atlas kept him in that car until it was a different kind of night." I drove to that gas station at 5am when he finally said I could come. I stood outside the passenger window before I opened the door. Atlas was on the passenger seat. His head on the console. Watching my brother. Still watching. He had been watching all night. I stood in that parking lot in the cold and I looked at my brother alive in that car and I looked at the dog who kept him there and I couldn't open the door for a long time. I just stood there. Needing a minute to be grateful in the cold before I went inside the warm. My brother is okay. He's talking to someone. Atlas hasn't left his side since that night. If you have someone who isn't okay — call them tonight. Not tomorrow. Tonight. And if you ARE the someone who isn't okay — please call. There is a person on the other end who will stay on the phone for three hours. I promise you there is. Drop a ❤️ for my brother. And for Atlas who held that car together until morning.

Said goodbye to Larry exactly a year ago today. I adopted him right after my Dad died and he really helped me focus on something other than my sadness. He was a gentle giant - relaxed around other dogs, very sweet with children that would come up to pet him - he put a smile on everyone's face. Yes, I only had him for the last few years of his life; but man, we had a good run and I loved sharing him with all of you.

Catherine Ritchson finally opened up about why she divorced her husband, Alan Ritchson, saying he failed as a father to their kids and cheated on her. “Alan wasn’t always there for me or his kids. Every time, he had an excuse, saying he was going to the movie studio. I'm not his prisoner, I couldn’t spend time with someone i claimed to love and feel as though i was his prisoner. There was a day i caught him cheating on me, and he apologized. I still couldn’t forgive him. Whenever i think about it, I have these nightmares. Eventually, I can't be in a married where i don't feel safe. i couldn’t endure it anymore, so i decided to divorce him for the sake of my mental health.”

On the way down, I saw a baby bear barreling towards me and I was TERRIFIED. NO. IT WAS A REALLY FAT MARMOT. The Lord rewarded me for being responsible about the weather with I stg a fully loaded 15-20lb (maybe more I am not kidding) unit LOOK AT HIS HAUNCHES AND JIGGLE the video doesn't do him justice, he was big enough that I actually thought he was a baby bear when I first saw him running (idk how he was running)

Why did you leave out the fact that Metro and Future called Ye to hop on the remix?? Or that Metro promoted the remix with Ye? And that both Metro and Future stopped taking his calls after he mentioned Lucian Grainge?

Let me tell you something about this guy. I met him, I had a Heart to Heart with him. Apparently he is a Celebrity Tiktoker. He told me his name is Ika Muji. Even though when he came to me his speech was a bit slurred, when we started the Health talk. He listened with Apt attention. He became active. When it got to the health question part. He raised up his hands and answered some questions I was impressed. He came close to me, told him his struggles and battle and how he wants to change. I even learnt about more drugs from him. One shocking thing he did that touched me, he said he wanted me to do a video and live tiktok with him because he wanted to spread message to his followers to stop doing drugs. Right there on tiktok live, Ika Muji and myself were talking. He was telling his followers the dangers of drugs and substances. Why they need to stop substances He was also grateful for the WE ARE NOT THUGS TEAM WE ARE NOT THUGS. Who are trying to rehabilitate him. This is my picture and video with him during the TikTok. Sometimes we just need to see the Diamond that is beneath that black carbon Please support this our DRUG FREE 20 CAMPAIGN by WE ARE NOT THUGS WE ARE NOT THUGS. .
