Bang ni bukan salah developer, ni salah contractor. Contractor yang build rumah. Developer cuma owned that project. Lpas dapat kunci owner ada masa 2 tahun utk inspect defect kat rumah, apa2 tk kena, contractor responsible utk betulkan. After 2 years, you’re on your own.

Sebab tu beli rumah baru, jangan buat apa-apa renovation dulu Memang excited Tapi first thing first Check defect dulu, panggil inspector untuk check & kesan defect-defect tu & claim defect warranty dengan developer Ada 2 tahun warranty

Because every developer want to save cost, use the lowest cost to build what they advertised then sell at maximum profit. Whatever you can’t see or reach they use cheapest stuff or cut cost je, so after a few years eventually they won’t get into trouble.
