Sick: UN's Francesca Albanese justified Hamas October 7th attacks which “unfortunately, regrettably” targeted Israeli civilians on Kibbutzim—not out of hate, but “because they are occupiers.” Attacks were a “reminder” of Israel's sins, and “unhealed wounds continue to fester.”

“A lot of them don’t draw the line between terrorists and civilians.” An Israeli soldier talks to Secunder Kermani about the attitudes of some of those serving in Gaza since the October 7th attacks. The IDF says it only targets Hamas, which hides behind civilians.

This speech by Francesca Albanese, an official representative of the UN, made a speech in support of Hamas and the October 7th attacks. Until the UN condemns and fires her, it effectively agrees with every word she says!

This attack did not come out of nowhere. The Albanese government was warned repeatedly about rising antisemitism, with 2,000+ attacks reported since October 7th, 2023. When calls to gas Jews and Hamas flags are tolerated in public, violence is inevitable. Seventeen people are dead, including a Holocaust survivor. This is a failure of leadership.

Holocaust denial is not the only thing promoted by antisemites. Modern antisemitism is also spread through the denial of October 7th, even by UN leaders and high-ranking officials. Just weeks after October 7th, UN Secretary-General António Guterres said that while he condemns Hamas, the brutal Hamas attack did not happen “in a vacuum.” This is a form of denying October 7th, essentially framing it as a justified response. Francesca Albanese has repeatedly stated, including to President Macron, that Hamas’s actions were a response to repression by Israel.

The October 7th attacks were funded in part by USAID. Millions of American dollars were flowed to Hamas. I am proud of my team for shining a light on this brazen action by the Biden State Department.
