One way I apply mindful listening is to pay attention to what is not being said and whether purposely vague words are chosen. That’s a common practice with politicians, particularly corrupt Republican politicians.

@MikeSievert I really wish T-Mobile would listen to their customers. The service is great, but customer service is one of the worst ever. The website for managing my business is still so slow and I get the wrong information when I try to call support.

The ‘Survive’ EP is out today and along with it the last song ‘The Day That I Die’. This is a tune I wrote about the lowest I’ve felt in my life and truth be told it feels a bit weird putting it out there for people to hear but I’m honestly the proudest I’ve ever been about a song with this one. It’s been an absolute pleasure being back releasing music and playing shows the last six months and I’m honestly so pleased to say I feel so far removed from the place I was when I wrote this song. Looking forward to much more next year, love ya all x listen here →

Brian Windhorst says Miami makes even MORE sense for LeBron if he wants to play 2 more seasons: Windy: You know I’m from Cleveland you know my ties there. The more I’ve looked at this and the more I’ve had conversations, the more Miami makes sense to me. Now when I hear him thinking about a couple of years, it makes even more sense. I think that’s where he goes and fits. He can go there and have the ball. He also can go there and be protected on defense… I don’t see him playing with Donovan and Harden and being a clean fit. The fit in Miami makes more sense to me. I’ve come to that as I’ve watched this unfold the last 3 weeks and had a bunch of conversations Dave: I do think the point about the ball in his hands, that is the undisputed basketball fit in terms of the way we’ve seen him enjoy playing basketball (Via Hoop Collective)
