I'd say UK should be on its knees to "strengthen ties" w/the EU, but anyone from teen stoners, to horny young youths & die-hard perverts could journey to Holland from before the EEC, via EU membership, to Brexit & beyond. So Netherlands' Happy Endings aren't EU dependent - phew!
