Signs a Man is Broken

I wouldn't call that broken, I would call that wise.

I have been here for a long time now, I have found peace and solitude... I need to be alone. At 50, I have been Married, cheated on, a single father and I have been working since I was a kid. I no longer feel that a female would complete me. I am alone, I am at peace.

Broken? I've always called that Awake. This is stoicism with a downward trajectory. Find contentment in yourself, and these cease to be negatives.

I know a guy who has finally reached this point. Solitude is good.

King. Disabled war vet, Desert Storm. With the worst PTSD, anxiety, depression, autoimmune, cells, degenerative body and brain, now trust is gone, etc.

My bf and I are both broken people, I think that's why we work. He takes good care of me and I take good care of him. We never argue. We laugh a lot. We just get each other, both in our 60's.

Why is this considered broken? This is a man being a man. No one is coming to save you. Save yourself.

Totally relatable. It gets taxing the more you give, not that you expect others to give the same back, but it’s sure nice being appreciated and seeing someone trying to reciprocate however they can.

Learning how to say no, and just bc they are family doesn't mean you are obligated. Boundaries

When I was young I gave total trust to all. Now you have to earn it, and I do not trust much of ANYONE. This is a societal problem.

Story of my life. All good men eventually end up living as lone wolves. They give and help others covertly so their deeds are not adulterated by others. It becomes a matter only between the man and God. Others opinions are of no consequence. The moral compass guides and rules.

Honestly i believe us as men should talk with each other even learn from each other because united is way harder for the evil ones who want to take us down.Those lowlives actually want us alone that way its easier to take us down.They dont want real men united were dangerous!
