I started to notice foamy urine last December and since then I’ve gone for Renal function test & urinalysis thrice , liver function test twice and it’s all come back fine, proteinuria levels are normal.. Even did a scan and they both look fine according to the scan too. Foamy urine still happens from time to time. Blood pressure and Sugar levels are normal as of last week. I am going for a fourth KFT soon and I’m tired of feeling this fear cus of the urine

For a starter, just do urinalysis. It's still the easiest way to detect early kidney failure. You can have a good GFR and still have kidney disease. Please go do urinalysis first it's cheap, if any abnormalities are seen then they can ask you to go do your GFR.
