Keep an eye on the season. 👀 Introducing our latest feature: the standings. Now you can see live on your server which team is how in the league compared to other teams.

Nearly every team that gets told what to do it’s because leadership doesn’t trust their judgement, instincts, decisions, more than their own. And the hard pill to swallow is that most of the time that’s probably a correct assessment.

Keep up the great work, been a fan for years!!

So brutally true and so hard to implement. The only part I'm afraid I have to disagree with is that I believe many points are awarded for shipping, especially early on, but you do have to eventually prove the value. iPhone example: In the beginning, it was less valuable and more expensive. But by iterating and continuously shipping towards value, you get to the desired outcome—delivering value at scale.

I prefer Time-to-Value (TTV), as this gives the Product team something they can directly influence. Time-to-Market lacks an intrinsic Value dimension, and Time-to-Money is tied to the business model, which the Product team will have less influence or control over, possibly none.

thanks for the clean video!

Can you ask this young man to post pictures of his library?
