Those who book such people are the ones who need psychiatric assessment and hospitalisation. The artist doesn't need all that cause he's already a certified drug addict just awaiting rehab. Then you see someone going on to book such a person for a UK show? Who needs mental assessment here?

You also need to take some blame as promoters. It's quite obvious that some of these young musicians have serious issues i.e ill-discipline, drugs & lack of professionalism but you still book them.
