In relation to the March deliveries, we might see an entity like JPM lend silver to the Comex shorts to allow them to make delivery, but that would then set us up for a delayed explosive move as the shorts have to find metal to repay the lease into a market with no metal.

Change of rules exist and I have been hit with them before. I believe I was in BBBY with slightly out of the money calls. Stock was going crazy when they took away the buy button and only allowed to sell. Well even though I was in the just slightly out of money the only offer to sell it for was $0.01. I do expect the same thing to happen here on Silver at some time if it does go vertical. This will not end well on a squeeze.

The other videos I have watched in the past from industry experts like Simon Hunt, Rick Rule, Michael Oliver, John Rubino, Andy Schectman, Alastair McLeod, Ed Steer, Eric Sprott, etc. have been very useful as well. But most of those folks tell the story of what’s going on like you’ve been investing for years and are quite familiar with the whole process and industry terminology. This video is a great tool for bringing one up to speed and does a great job of explaining how all the pieces fit together! Thanks again!

Felix, your explanation of market terminology and how it all fits together is one I wish I had for reference when I first started! What a great video! I’ve learned it all through watching massive amounts of materials and looking up certain terminology and learning more about the exchanges. But this was a very succinct and useful video that I’ve since shared with some of our children. Thanks for taking the time to put this together!

Great analysis. Now if you watch very very close what is going on with the EFPs, the LBMA and specially the SPV you will go crazy! Not easy to find out, but basically a bunch of the SLV silver is not really there, like 30/40% of the silver is lended through OTC.

I was on APMEX and is looks like a going out business store. 🇺🇸

@grok is this normal that COMEX has more paper contracts than actual physical Ag for delivery and what happens at the end of the month usually ? Please tell us how often this happens and what they do by the end of the month to remedy it so nobody is surprised when Feb 28 hits.
