@simonlast The framing I keep landing on: agents are fast at producing and slow at agreeing. Docs and databases survive because they're the one place a human and an agent can disagree about the same object, in public, and settle it. Structure isn't storage. It's the agreement layer.

The real skill will shift from execution to orchestration. Knowing what to ask. Structuring problems clearly. Making high-leverage decisions while fleets of agents handle the heavy lifting.
