Not just Simple and Clean, but rather Simple and Clean during the ending credits of Chain of Memories on Game Boy Advance. Up until that point I don’t think there had ever been a full song with vocals ever played on a handheld before. It was a marvel at the time.

Has anyone heard EPCOT’s “Heartbeat Symphony”? The chorus begins with the same tune to the first verse of Simple and Clean. Same notes. Same musical phrasing “You’re giving me, too many things” And Luminous’ chorus begins with “You are a part of me, and I am a part of you”

If I could watch the intro to this game for the first time again, I would. The amount of times before I had a family computer where I would start a new game just to see this is hilarious.

I'm playing kh1 again so I KNOW the second I beat the final boss, to get ready to hold back those tears. The exact moment I heard the words "I know you will." Instantly took me out.

This version in particular, like the full version is so dope, that intro builds just right, Ik this was a banger in the early 2000s rave scene
