We wanted this to be performant since we often show multiple instances at once + ability to apply over any content 👀

SwiftUI shaders have a bunch of gotchas and can be a very bad perf decision if not careful, since you lose a lot of the optimizations you'd normally be able to do in Metal - like not shading pixels off-screen, not reevaluating when layer moves, etc. but they're oh so convenient 😅

One trick we're using here to help sell the snow-globe effect in a single pass is flipping & blurring underlying image and letting color from the flipped image bleed through the edges 😊
