Good old fashioned British humour...no offence meant & none taken. Then somehow, against the will of most people still in touch with sanity & blessed with more than a couple of grams of the grey stuff, the country became infested & taken over by warped, oversensitive fannies!

Ah the days when people didn't mind getting offended and we all could have a laugh.

Brilliant 😂 a time when a joke was just that and nobody took offence

Aah the good old days when we could laugh at ourselves and not be offended at every little thing. I'm sure we were all a lot happier than in this sterilised version of the world.

And funnier times. Bullseye would have more warnings than Chernobyl today.

I was doing stand-up in these times, I met Jim once in a Conservative Club car park after my gig (he'd been in there nicking my jokes). We had a quick chat and he walked off towards a big Rolls Royce, I thought yeah... he then got into a Mini parked next to it and drove off! 😆

Brilliant. From back in the day before lefties banned laughing.
