My son in Oz worked with a man called Ian Baker a few years back. Recognised the Hull twang. Asked if my son knew the name Phil Lowe and who he was. As a red and white he told him he did. Said he was the best player he had ever played with or against. Both at Manley together.

Truly the very best forward I have ever seen play. RIP Phil.
