All the supercomputers and GPUs on Earth combined can’t simulate a single human cell at full molecular detail. classical computers can’t even exactly simulate a caffeine molecule. Quantum computing can. But today’s quantum computers aren’t there yet. The catch is that AI should accelerates quantum computing research, and then quantum will give the us compute at the fidelity and cost/scale biology demands. Quantum has to be solved first.

Yup, they're definately coming. This will speed up testing significantly. The challenge will of course be to create the simulations themselves; humans are incredibly complex.
