Sunset & Vine, Hollywood: Last week I watched LAPD handcuff a food delivery driver after parking in a red zone. Yet here is Avila & Diaz parking in a bus stop. LAPD policy states cops CANNOT park in the red unless unofficial business. Getting Chipotle is NOT official business.
