Since some Indian users still deny losing any fighter jets, here’s an interview from Bathinda, India, where at least one Indian Rafale fighter jet crashed after being shot down by the Pakistan Air Force. In this clip, a local resident describes the plane crash over their village: “My name... is Sukhraj Singh. It was around 1:30 a.m. when the plane passed overhead. It was on fire. We all saw it – the entire village. It circled overhead, flames clearly visible, and then after a few moments, it crashed. There was a massive explosion, like fireworks going off. It fell directly into the fields of Akalian Kalan and Akalian Khurd, with a huge blast following the crash. People from nearby came running, but the fire was too intense to approach. The army arrived later and secured the area. No one knows yet if the pilot survived or not. We just saw the flames and the explosion. It was a terrifying sight. We didn’t see any pilot around the wreckage, and no one was rescued. The fire was eventually put out by fire trucks, and the military arrived to secure the area. We found a large live pine tree on fire inside it, right by the river, on Sunday. It had a perfect burnt circle around it. There was no lightning in the area that day. It was burning super hot, and we heard what sounded like a cannon going off a few hours later when the tree burned through and fell. Was really strange.

A few notes - At the time of the accident, there were Visual flight conditions - VFR - The plane did not have a black box and it was not required to have one. - The Citation jet involved in the crash was certified for single-pilot operations. However it was not possible to confirm whether there were one or two pilots on the flight. - Jet hit the ground before the runway, resumed "flying," then crashed again, exploding on the runway. - The plane came in low for landing, but it is still unclear whether it hit any obstacles before impacting the ground. NEW: Southwest pilot forced to nosedive to avoid a midair collision after takeoff from Burbank to Las Vegas. Passengers were reportedly launched out of their seats into the ceiling, with passengers comparing the incident to the ‘Tower of Terror’ ride. “About 10 minutes into the flight, we plummeted pretty far, and I looked around, and everyone was like, 'OK, that's normal',” one passenger said. “Then, within two seconds, it felt like the ride Tower of Terror, where we fell 20 to 30 feet in the air. The single-engine Cessna crashed into an autoparts store parking lot and struck high voltage powerlines on the way down, causing the plane to flip upside down. The pilot, who was the only person on board, was then treated by the Los Angeles Fire Department before being transferred to a hospital nearby. It is unclear what his current condition is.

We immediately contacted the helpline and a fire brigade unit reached the spot within minutes. Fortunately, the driver was the sole occupant and managed to escape moments before the vehicle was completely engulfed. The vehicle was en route from Nashik to Kolkata when it caught fire just 8 kms before the Aurangabad exit.

At 1:39 pm, the pilot informed Ahmedabad ATC that it was a May Day, i.e., full emergency. According to ATC, when it tried to contact the plane, it did not receive any response. Exactly after 1 minute, this plane crashed in Medhaninagar, which is located at a distance of about 2 km from the airport. The captain of the plane was Sumit Sabharwal and the first officer was Clive Sundar. As far as the entire history of the plane is concerned, before this accident, the plane had completed Paris-Delhi-Ahmedabad sector without any accident. Due to the accident, the runway was closed at 2:30 pm and after completing all the protocols, the runway of Ahmedabad was opened for limited flights from 5 PM."

This is crazy!! In Syria, a fuel tanker caught fire at a station in Al-Hasakah and the flames spread rapidly through the area. The driver tried to move it away from the station to prevent a bigger explosion, but it left a trail of fire down the road. Several vehicles were burned and there was damage nearby. According to the Syrian Arab News Agency, 3 people were injured.
