But, I saw that starlink has $80/month internet, available at her address, which is only $17/month more than she’s paying for 3mbps AT&T DSL internet from before I was born. It was our Christmas gift to her, Wish me luck setting it up 🙂

This mother said all she got for Mother’s Day was Happy Mother’s Day texts from her 18 and 20 year old kids. So she said she is going to match their energy and when it comes time she is just going to text them Merry Christmas and Happy Birthday this year and that’s it. She said she’s not complaining and loves them to death but she is ready to meet them where they are at now in their life. She said she is sick of going above and beyond for them and basically getting nothing in return. So no more whatever they want gifts, no more money, etc. Sounds a little bit to me like complaining. 🤷‍♂️ What do you think? Do you think she’s right in handling it this way? Do you think that’s a fair way to handle it? Or do you think she’s overreacting and they are just typical young adults? Do you do things for your kids expecting the same in return?

This is becoming my new hotel routine. I park my Cybertruck close to my room, plug in Starlink, let the truck power it through the night, and I have reliable internet straight from space. Meanwhile, my computer is connected to the hotel Wi-Fi, and the difference is honestly ridiculous. You can see the speed test for yourself. It’s 2026. There is no reason hotel Wi-Fi should still be this bad. After traveling around the U.S., I’ve realized just how many hotels still have slow, unreliable internet. At this point, hotels should seriously start looking at Starlink. Solid, reliable internet is so important to customers now… a lot of people work, stream, take video calls, upload files, and run entire businesses while traveling. For me, I guess though, it doesn’t really matter right now bc my Cybertruck is sitting outside my room powering Starlink all night, and I have fast, reliable internet wherever I am in the hotel. There’s something pretty wild about being at a hotel with horrible Wi-Fi… while my truck outside is pulling the world’s best internet down from space, just from pointing the Starlink Mini at the sky. Starlink is an absolute game changer, and businesses that don’t adapt are going to lose customers to the ones that do.

This woman was out for a walk, and one of the neighbors down the street never has his aggressive dog on a leash. It’s territorial and goes after anything that’s on the street. The woman tried talking to them and he brushes it off saying the dog is harmless and wouldn’t hurt anyone. She’s even called animal control, and since it’s a small town, they are backed up and haven’t responded yet. The dog has chased her into her home and has made it impossible for her to leave to go to work on several occasions. Even though it has been covered for the last however many years They say it's just food, but on the bottle it says under use of medical supervision only. This is prescribed food by a doctor. And for many of us there's no other options — it cost me $1200 a month. I pay them $300 a month already to cover my sh*t — They’re trying to kill us”
