Sections 63, 138 of Electoral Act Dangerous Will Sabotage Voting at Polling Level - Igini Section 63 of the 2026 Electoral Act has reintroduced something very dangerous: a ballot paper used for the 2027 election that does not bear INEC’s official manufacturer and security features may be accepted by the presiding officer. By implication, the presiding officer has been given the discretion to accept ballot papers notwithstanding the absence of the official mark, and to count such ballot papers. What that means is that politicians who have access to INEC’s serial and security features could produce their own ballot papers. Mike Igini, Former INEC Electoral Commissioner

I Never Saw The Report That Led To Senator Natasha’s Suspension - Kingibe I was at a retreat with Senator Adams Oshiomhole when I heard about the report. I had earlier stated that I was there with three or four other senators who are members of the committee. We attended the Committee on Petitions and Public Complaints, signed the attendance register, and I later left for the tax reform retreat, which I considered more important at the time. Senator Ireti Kingibe, FCT Senatorial District, ADC

Did you know that the new Electoral Act contains three dangerous provisions that many Nigerians are unaware of? Former INEC Resident Electoral Commissioner, Mike Igini, has raised serious concerns about these changes. 1. The Act now allows candidates contesting elections to print their own ballot papers. 2. It also permits INEC officials to accept ballot papers that lack the official INEC security features. NIGERIANS WE ARE IN PROBLEM 😮😳

2026 Investigation into the Fulton County 2020 Election found that Fulton County destroyed 374,128 ballot images for nearly all in-person voting, and selectively and willfully destroyed 132,280 electronic absentee ballot image authentication files, or "SHA" files, for the 2020 Election, which are able to prove that ballots were tampered with, altered, or replaced. These are HUGE violations of both state and federal violations. Nearly HALF of the ballot images for the 5 MILLION ballots cast across the state of Georgia for the 2020 Election were destroyed. Election data must be saved up to 22 months. If you wanted to cover up election fraud, this is how you would do it. Simply put, ballot images, not the paper ballot, is used to count the vote, and without the ballot images, no votes could be counted, audits can NOT be conducted or could be accurate, votes can't be authenticated, and elections could not be certified. Fulton County admitted that they "failed to preserve the majority of ballot images," in the Curling v. Raffensperger case. The Secretary of State's General Counsel, Charlene McGowan, has gone to extraordinary lengths to conceal the unlawful actions of country and state, to even include giving false statements of fact and law under oath, saying that Georgia Law did NOT require ballot images to be preserved from the 2020 Election. So every ballot has a "ballot image," which is what is counted for the vote and used to authenticate the vote. The "SHA" authentication files are like a "finger print" which is assigned to each ballot as it is scanned to VALIDATE the ballot image in the even of an audit or investigation to determine if a ballot image has been tampered with, altered, or replaced... These files do not "disappear" by accident, and were manually wiped to prevent ANY authentication of ballots, along with the ballot images, covering up election fraud. They knew EXACTLY what they were doing. The 2020 Election was stolen.

KANO BY- ELECTIONS: PDP, NNPP, ADC NOT ON BALLOT PAPER Three major opposition political parties are missing on the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) ballot for the by-election holding today in Kano. The opposition parties missing on the ballot papers are Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), New Nigerian Peoples Party (NNPP) and African Democratic Congress (ADC). The by-election election to fill the two vacant seats in the state house of assembly became necessary following the passing of the former lawmakers last year who were members of the NNPP before their demise. Nine political parties, excluding PDP, NNPP and ADC, are boldly listed on the ballot papers.

When we were issuing the ballot papers, a few AAP and Congress Councillors were concerned that the papers had spots and marks - so, they asked me to change around 11 ballot papers. I honoured their request and kept the ballot papers in question on the side and issued them fresh ballot papers...When I finished the counting of votes, I was about to declare the results as per the process. BJP candidate Manoj Sonkar received 16 votes and AAP candidate Kuldeep received 12 votes; 8 votes were invalid...I asked the polling agent of AAP-Congress candidate to check the ballot paper but instead of doing that AAP and a few Congress councillors jumped on the table to disrupt the process, captured the ballot papers and tore them up...AAP and Congress hatched a conspiracy to derail the election process..."

President Trump has told us repeatedly that paper ballots can be watermarked and are very sophisticated. Trump beat them at their own game. Oh, you’re going to bring in COVID to steal the election, you say? You’re going to push mail-in voting? Well, because of COVID, Trump’s Department of Homeland Security was responsible for the printing and distribution of the original mail in ballots. Trump’s ballots were watermarked and were very sophisticated. Trump and the military know what happened to every single ballot, as well as every ballot that was fake.
