He was actually suppose to be grey but due to a printing error, he ended up green… Hulk was inspired by Boris Karloff’s Frankenstein and Robert Louis Stevenson’s Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde!

He was originally pale greyish color but the printing technology made him look wierd in comic books so they changed it green because it looked better page. Its said they got the inspiration from DC’s Solomon Grundy character.
