Sinclair can near perma copy Silver's ult. Only a 10 second cooldown between transformations. He gets all of Silver's ult abilities while copied.

Sinclair is such a funny character every ult you copy has an equal chance of being completely useless, getting you immediately killed or being fundamentally broken with no cooldown and more effective than on its original char

It’s pretty bugged tho. None of Sinclairs AP counts for any of the abilities. So basically you always only get the base version of the abilities.

he needs the thing sylas has so that when u copy one enemies ult the cooldown to steal their ult goes on its own cooldown but u can steal a diff enemies ult if ur ult is off cooldown before
