Sinclair is literally better Rat King

Um actually deathly, the steal does not summon the rats so its worse, buff sinclair

Genuinely though, isn’t Sinclair literally one of the strongest characters in the game, like top 5? I played him for the first time today and haven’t lost a single lane and his damage is absurd. Incredibly flexible itemization too. Almost always 1-2+ good ults to steal.

I think there's something unexpected going on here. If the cooldown becomes 15 seconds after using the ultimate, then Rat King's ultimate should be around 50 seconds and im sure its not
