Yesterday, I led a powerful delegation on an investment drive to the Dangote Refinery, Dangote Petrochemical Plant and the Dangote Port in Ibeju-Lekki, Lagos State. Yes, we are building critical road infrastructures across the 8 LGAs and going forward, we would be more intentional, deliberate and strategic to attract new investments with businesses in our areas of comparative advantage in resources to boost the economic profile of the state and create job opportunities for our people. Our visit to the facility which was a follow-up to an earlier meeting with Alhaji Aliko Dangote in Nassau, The Bahamas, during the AFREXIM Bank annual meeting last month was rewarding. PhD manuscript submitted ✅😉🥂 Really looking forward to the exciting next steps now Although (as always), if you’ve an interesting curve-ball project or opportunity, throw it into the mix and who knows where we’ll end up 😉 ‘Physiological Demands, Seasonal Variation, and Recovery of Neuromuscular Function in Professional Academy Soccer Players’ Not there yet- challenging viva examination in the next couple of months to get through- but this is a big milestone for me personally, to get to this stage 4 years, 4 investigations, 230 pages, and 70,000 words delighted (and relieved) to get it over the line 😊 A lot of long days & lates nights…feel like I can breathe a bit again! Thanks to my brilliant supervisory team, led by the great Professor glynhowatson , along with Dr Jamie Tallent , Dr Kev Thomas, and Ross Bennett Thanks also to QPR FC and Northumbria Uni for all the help along the way, & markdeely for the proof reading And, of course, the real boss/Gaffer in all this- my wife @BrinRajathurai Time to devote some more time to my 2 online businesses- coaching & sport science service DSS Coaching ; and data analytics & visualisation service Sport Horizon UK with Johannes Marthinussen (you really should check them both out!😉)

When you climb just for yourself it’s one thing - but when you lead the whole exped, it’s another level. You need to ensure all your team members not only summit but also that they are safe. And this takes a lot out of you. Jonah Savaiinaea, like Kenneth Grant, was one of my top man crushes of this draft class. He was my OG2 when I dropped my big board a few weeks back. ✅ Offers you both guard and tackle flexibility if you are in a pinch ash he played RG, LT and RT at Arizona ✅ Has the combination of everything you’re looking for especially if you’re the Miami Dolphins; he’s strong as an ox, moves very well for a man his size and isn’t a liability pulling, reach blocking, in open space while he isn’t a stiff or slow mover to the second level plus he has that nasty side you want to see from you trench players especially on the interior ✅ Savaiinaea has good length to his frame at 6’4, 324 lbs., 10’ 1/4 hands and almost 34’ inch arms ✅ Plays with good pad level, technique and mixed in with his previously mentioned length, he’s hard to win leverage wars against ✅ Not only can Jonah Savaiinaea deliver a ton of power at the point of attack or with his devastating punch, he can take on power really well with his anchor ✅ Really good pass blocker and run blocker, he passes off blocks well, makes his pre snap and post snap IDs across the line for movement indicating blitzes, loopers coming his way, stunts, etc. and he’s always looking to make a block, he’s relentless ❓Can he handle twitchy/explosive rushers a bit better at the next level? ❓ Lateral movement is just okay ❓ Hand placement can get erratic causing him to lose his block and he’s not overly explosive in short areas #PhinsUp

This was my first HoLEP with an indurated or stony prostate (fixed to the rectum) due to Cancer Gleason 4+3 and PSA of 28. Patient in urinary retention with an indwelling catheter, to be honest, I was not sure that he had dissection planes, so we prepared the bipolar for TURP, to my pleasant surprise it was easier than expected, with some moments of small bleeding. This time only music, feel free to share it, the music is copyright-free. Esta fue mi primera HoLEP con una próstata indurada o pétrea (fija al recto) por Cáncer Gleason 4+3 y PSA de 28. Paciente en retención urinaria con sonda a permanencia, siendo honesto, no tenía la certeza de que tuviera planos de disección, así que preparamos el bipolar para RTUP, para mi grata sorpresa fue más fácil de lo esperado, con algunos momentos de pequeño sangrado. We had a substantive discussion on all issues, and we much appreciate the progress achieved by American and Ukrainian teams in recent weeks. Special thanks to Steve Witkoff and Jared Kushner for their engagement and full commitment, as well as to our team — first of all, to Rustem Umerov and Andrii Hnatov. We discussed all the aspects of the peace framework and achieved significant results. We also discussed the sequence of further actions. We agreed that security guarantees are key on the path to achieving a lasting peace, and our teams will continue working on all aspects. Here is the moment when I see my hand for the first time. I was pretty shook honestly. I then felt sadness come over me. I felt weird for the rest of the day and found myself avoiding even looking at it. After doing a training session I found the strength and confidence to look at it again and took a photo I will share with you on slide two. It’s going to take sometime to get used to this. But today I feel much better and excited that it is out of the cast. I’m not allowed to do anything with it yet, but I am moving my fingers and that’s big progress. I have to say Dr Donaldson did an incredible job and I am so happy I have a path forward. I just want to be open how that path feels. I am focused on the opportunity I have ahead and I am motivated for this new challenge. But it did hit me how different my hand looks, and even how it looks nothing like it feels. Going to take sometime before I am comfortable with this. However, I know I did not choose the comfortable path. Instead I chose the winning one. Just like sport, to win in your personal race it requires overcoming massive adversity.

This is what uplifts and inspires me to keep doing what I do everyday! 💯 Meeting Singh who's busy with a full-time job and being a dad he still pushing himself in pursuit for a better life for his family. Much of the social media debate has centered on whether high LDL on keto is safe or dangerous, driven largely by how to interpret the supplemental table comparing this study to others on LDL and plaque progression. In this episode of the Metabolic Mind Podcast, we sit down with Dr. Matthew Budoff, a world-renowned cardiologist, cardiac CT researcher, and the study's lead investigator, to discuss the the supplemental table, what the plaque markers mean, and how this fits into the discussion of high- vs -low-risk plaque progression. 🔥Today we're excited to announce a major milestone for the machine-learned interatomic potential (MLIP) ecosystem: TorchSim is moving to community ownership and governance through a partnership with Radical AI and the open-source community! MLIPs have become critical computational tools for materials discovery. These models predict atomic forces orders of magnitude faster than traditional methods with high accuracy - bridging the gap between DFT and MD. But, the MLIP ecosystem has been fragmented. Each new MLIP requires custom integration code, and the existing simulation engines aren't built for GPU-native workflows. As such, research teams are currently spending too much time on infrastructure instead of discovery. TorchSim changes this. It's an atomistic simulation engine built for the AI era, offering faster batched inference, full GPU utilization, and perhaps most importantly, a unified interface across model architectures enabling rapid prototyping and model swapping. Our team at The University of Chicago and Argonne National Lab, is proud to help facilitate TorchSim’s development and growth as an open source community.
