That's a test, right? I was there last week and was told the alarms were going to be tested soon for the first time.

Yeah I got the message but no sirens where I was 🤔

We have had them since I can remember, the sirens are tested on the first Monday of the month at noon.

I think after the USSR collapse our sirens were never re-installed, so we did it just now. I never heard them here, only in Ukraine
