Meeting a young lady who had a stroke at 30… freaked me out. My accident and codition after has as well. I tell my people now REST! our immune system and brain was not designed to be so high functioning without true restoration and care. But some, myself included are/were deaf.

One of my coworkers had a stroke at 29, she’s never been the same😢😢

@ShandiKelti My husband had a stroke last year at the age of 44; if he hadn’t woke me up for work when he did, he would not have made it to the hospital fast enough to get tenecteplase, and his outcome would have been drastically different. His stroke was the tip-off that he had cancer.
