And anything that impacts the country like leasing or selling land or it's resources without seeking consent from people through referendum because kenya has become someone personal property to sitting presidents they take loans however they want no consequence.

There is a better way. Let's move away from individual/identity politics. Let them sign what the people agree, this way whomever comes into office is bound to implement. Changing policies every time a regime changes is not sustainable in the long term.

This is bullshit. I understand the intention, but the best approach is for each external agreement or commitment to be approved by Parliament, since they are the people's representatives. A president should be free to negotiate and make promises to external parties, as long as Parliament approves them.

This is not practical. Goverments run in perpetuity but adminstrations change from time to time.
